Duqky ("we," "us," or "our") operates the duqky.com website and the Duqky platform (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, and website URL. Account authentication is handled through Clerk, our third-party authentication provider.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, actions taken, credit usage, agent configurations, and timestamps of activity.

Website Data You Provide

When you connect your website to duqky, we collect and analyze publicly available data from your site, including page content, meta tags, site structure, and performance metrics. This data is used exclusively to provide SEO analysis and recommendations.

Analytics Data

We collect standard analytics data including IP address (anonymized), browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, device information, and general geographic location (country/region level).

Service Providers

We work with third-party services that help us operate the platform. These providers only access data necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to protect it:

  • Clerk — authentication and user management
  • Vercel — frontend hosting and edge delivery
  • Railway — backend infrastructure hosting
  • Stripe — payment processing (we never store your full credit card details)
  • Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, and file storage (R2)
  • Sentry — error tracking and monitoring
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

AI Service Providers

To power our AI agents, we send relevant data to AI model providers (such as Anthropic) for processing. This data may include your website content, keywords, and SEO context. We do not send personally identifiable information to AI providers unless necessary for the specific task you requested.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).

Usage logs and analytics data are retained in anonymized form for up to 24 months to improve our Service.
